Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Scope

At Mentionfyus LLC, we provide marketing and digital services. Our goal is to deliver results that meet and exceed client expectations.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your order or service agreement within 7 days of purchase if we have not yet started delivering the service.
If work has already begun, you may still request a cancellation. In this case, you will be refunded for the portion of the service not yet completed.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• You request cancellation before the work is fully completed.

• The delivered work does not meet the expectations agreed upon and cannot be reasonably corrected after revisions.

Refunds are not available if:

• The service has been fully delivered and approved.

• Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software licenses, hosting fees) have already been incurred on your behalf.

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days of approval.
